FREE Mindful Making Art Class at the Figge
This class offers opportunities for self-expression and exploration through the art making process, meditation, and reflective writing. Art is a way to access internal states, explore identity, express feelings and process life events. Participants will be provided a variety of fine art and non-traditional art materials to use for spontaneous creative expression.
Making Relationships Work: Day Workshop
This workshop is based on decades of data and research regarding relationship satisfaction and follows the outline of the groundbreaking book 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman.

VIRTUAL CRAFT TABLE: Use collage to capture internal feelings and emotions through found imagery. Explore different ways to approach collage as a medium for art making and continued self-exploration.
