At Blue Tree, we see therapy not as a singular practice, but as a dynamic, interconnected process. We understand that each person is deeply woven into complex family systems and social environments. Your unique history shapes your worldview, your relationship style, and how you react to life's challenges.

Our primary role is to first understand your experiences and your perception. We don't come in with preconceived notions; instead, we listen to truly grasp your world. As therapists, we are committed to fostering an environment of honesty, clarity, and genuine connection as we work together.

  • Problematic Sexual Behaviors Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Problematic Sexual Behaviors–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for youth who have engaged in or are at risk for problematic sexual behaviors. Offered in both individual and group formats, PSB-CBT helps children and teens develop healthy boundaries, emotional control, and safe decision-making skills while strengthening caregiver supervision and support.

Group sessions are held through the Rock Island County Child Advocacy Center for two age groups: 7–12 and 13–17. If it is determined that group therapy is not appropriate, individual PSB-CBT is available.
